Sir Larry has invented his unique Fake-Tattoo-Performance in winter 2002 and since then he painted probably more than 800 bodies in Theater-plays, at Rock'n'Roll-Shows and Exhibition-Openings. Larry uses a black permanent marker stuck into a conventional Drillmachine. The result is a terrible (scary) noise and well shaked outlines that give the motives the unresistible charme of vintage Jailhouse-Tattoos. Sir Larry, aka Roman Maeder, a professional Pop-Brut-Artist and Activist from Zurich, Switzerland, considers the costumers individual wishes, designs and applies the artwork in his very own style right on the spot. This process takes him about 5 - 20 minutes. The temporary tattoo stays about 24 - 36 hours, depending on the costumers nature of skin and washing habits.
